First time into Lakefront yesterday for the Cowboys game. Everyone at the FBO Flightline First could not have been more friendly. Nice and clean restrooms, great facility. If you’re looking for easy access into the downtown area and the Big Easy. Uber to downtown was very reasonable and nice and helpful drivers. Gas prices reasonable. Nothing critical to say. Highly recommend stopping here if coming into NO.
We flew into KNEW to run into town for a quick lunch. We decided on Flightline First. The linemen were great and quickly tended to us and our little Cessna. The FBO was very nice, clean and smelled like cookies. The last at the front desk was very friendly and offered to help with transportation. When we came back from lunch, the plane was topped off and we took a cookie for the road. This will be our FBO in NOLA from now on. Thank you!
Excellent hospitality, excellent customer service, everyone is so friendly and grateful for our business. This place is super clean and the ladies room is really modern, it’s just phenomenal. The men’s bathroom has a lot of great pilot amenities and is very clean as well. Best crew car we have ever used. It has 4g wifi, the pilot lounge has leather seating, a tv and two tiny cute fish tanks, and let’s not forget to mention the warm cookies.
We always use Flightline First when flying into Lakefront, as they are simply the best. The FBO staff is top notch (huge shoutout to Wendy and Gabby for all they do!), and their professionalism and friendliness provides a breath of fresh air these days. Our clients and pilots are treated like family. The prices are reasonable, and they are always willing go to above and beyond. Thank you, Flightline First for being one of the best FBO’s out there!
